SynovAI brings AI-powered retrosynthesis to Paramus.ai

SynovAI is now integrated with Paramus, bringing together AI-powered synthesis planning and an agent-native chemistry operating system. Paramus combines AI with advanced computational tools including molecular dynamics and laboratory automation to help chemists make better-informed decisions. SynovAI complements this by identifying practical synthetic routes for target molecules in seconds, helping researchers save days, weeks, or even months of synthesis planning effort.

      MOSAIC published in Nature

“Collective intelligence for AI-assisted chemical synthesis” appeared in Nature 651, 107–115. MOSAIC lets chemists draw on the collective knowledge of millions of reaction protocols, and the study reports 71% first-attempt experimental success across more than 35 new compounds made in the laboratory following procedures MOSAIC proposed, spanning pharmaceuticals, materials, agrochemicals and cosmetics. MOSAIC is the condition-prediction model behind HowSyn, which is in beta. The work was covered by Chemical & Engineering News.
